Approval of the Statute of the Spanish Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority

On October 29, 2024, the Council of Ministers approved, by Royal Decree 1101/2024 of October 29, 2024, the Statute of the Independent Authority for the Protection of the Whistleblower.
