Úrsula has extensive experience in providing ongoing tax advice to companies, family business groups and individuals, both on a national and international level, as well as in tax planning for high net worth individuals and companies. She also regularly participates in corporate restructuring transactions and due diligence processes and advises on the taxation of real estate transactions.
In addition, she has extensive experience in tax proceedings conducted by the various authorities (central government, regional and local) and administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as in representing and defending clients before the inspection bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities.
