Sofía is Senior Associate of the Corporate Law Practice of the Barcelona office. She joined the firm in 2012 after 7 years at Bufete Ribalta and 9 years at Garrigues.

She has extensive experience in advising on M&A, having participated in the negotiation and execution of agreements for the acquisition, merger or integration of all types of companies or entities, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and investment agreements, both national and international, in particular in the industrial sector and renewable energies sector. She also regularly advises on matters of corporate and contractual law and foundations law. 

As part of her experience in M&A, she has led the due diligence work teams for national and international companies and coordinated the advice provided in relation to acquisition facility agreements.
