Luis joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 1997 as a member of the Civil Litigation Department. He was appointed Partner in 2010.
Luis has extensive experience counseling and defending clients in court and arbitration proceedings in civil, commercial, securities markets and economic crimes law. He has been a key figure on the national litigation scene for more than twenty-five years, acting in the civil and criminal channels in all their sections, as well as in appeals for protection before the Constitutional Court.
Luis also regularly participates in arbitration proceedings before various Spanish courts, including the Madrid Civil and Mercantile Arbitration Court (CIMA), the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB) and the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).
