Experience

With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial law, Carlos specialises in financial transactions, including financial and corporate restructurings, structured and corporate finance transactions, real estate, and project finance, as well as debt transactions, advising national and international financial institutions, public institutions, and companies from different sectors. He also has experience in managing litigation and civil and commercial proceedings in the financial area, as well as in insolvency proceedings and pre-insolvency and distressed situations.

Additionally, Carlos has developed his practice in other specific areas of the financial sector, such as Payments and Fintech.

Throughout his professional life, he has held several corporate positions, currently holding the position of Secretary to the Board of Directors of Bizum.
