• Acquisition finance: advice to the financing banks or the entities in financing operations for acquisition on national and international levels, with special attention to structuring personal and in rem guarantees subject to Spanish law


• Real estate finance: advice to banks in real estate financing granted to large clients for the acquisition of real estate assets in Spain


• Refinancing: currently and as a consequence of financial crises and the paralysation of the loan market, we are advising banks and companies in refinancing operations intended to avoid potential insolvency proceedings. Interdisciplinary teams are created for this purpose in collaboration with the Litigation Department. Refinancing is structured in order to guarantee company assets.
