Greening | Green note program
Ramon y Cajal advised Renta 4 in connection with a €30 million green note program filed with the MARF (a Spanish multilateral trading facility). Renta 4 has been appointed as listing agent (asesor registrado) of Greening and will act as placement entity and paying agent of the “green bonds” that may be issued under the program. Ramón y Cajal’s team was led by Capital Markets partner Carlos Lao including associates Pablo Tejerizo Solanilla and Carlos Jimeno Cacho.
