The team of lawyers who make up the Litigation Department of this Firm has a strong legal background and expertise and experience, and two clear goals: excellence in the performance and complete customer satisfaction.

The 16 lawyers who will make it the ideal number for the formation of multidisciplinary teams reduced to cover all the specialties to which the Department serves.

These teams are formed both by the substance and by the particular market and are always led by one of the partners, allowing customers to pay full attention from the outset.

The work of the Litigation Department does not begin with the judicial process. Taking advantage of the synergies with other Department's office, like Finance, Labor and Tax, it is common advice prior to the litigation begins, joining forces to prevent or, as it is not possible, placing the customer at the stage deal more favorable to the procedure with the maximum guarantee of success.

Our Litigation Department is involved in all courts and arbitration courts. The alliance with Mayer Brown since 2007 allows us to provide customers with active participation in proceedings before a foreign jurisdiction, with the same partner for all purposes, and with the assurance that their defense is led by one of the offices more prestigious world court - litigation.
